​New Birth Choral Ensemble

Forty years ago, a group of singers in their early twenties, from Chicago's southern suburbs, decided to form a smaller gospel group than the community choir they were a part of in high school.  Although the group vacillated in size during the first decade, the present trio stayed the course, creating the uniquely powerful blend that New Birth Choral Ensemble has become known for. 

 

N.B.C.E has sung on concerts that included renowned gospel artists such as Evangelist Shirley Caesar, The Winans, the Clark Sisters, and Albertina Walker.  Ministering at churches, universities, conventions, festivals, and on television, New Birth Choral Ensemble has lifted audiences in worship, time and time again, with their passionate praise.

It is the trio's vision to provide music that will inspire Christians to love God more and to demonstrate this love by reaching out to others.  New Birth Choral Ensemble's mission is to exhort those who walk with Christ to experience the height, the depth, the width, and the breadth of His love.
